杏仁瓦片脆饼 Almond Binetta Florentine

很多人都爱吃的杏仁瓦片脆饼~
外面卖的不便宜~
来吧~ 自己学做很见单,1~2~3~ 而已^^

Ingredients:

150g Florenta/Bienetta glucose powder (糖酥粉)
250g Almond flake-Baked (杏仁片-烤香)

Method:

1.Place a piece of cookies paper on baking tray
2.Mixed glucose powder and almond flake in mixing bowl, place evenly on baking tray and sprinkle white sesame on the surface
3.Preheat oven 150c-170c, send for baking until surface turn into golden, take out from oven and remove from baking tray, Cut into small piece when is hot. Store after chill.

做法:
1。150g的糖酥粉加入250g的杏仁片里,拌均匀。
2。铺在以铺了一张饼干纸的烤盘里。洒上芝麻,送进已预热的烤箱,以150~170°C 烤至糖粉呈现微微金黄色。
3。取出,离盘,趁热立刻切成方块,冷却后才收藏
