这家拉面的面条可不是平时我们吃的哦,他是采用无漂白面粉制成的。

We use unbleached french flour and rye flour to make our ramen daily.
Unbleached means less white, denser, and grainy. Its flavour, colour,
and texture are deeper and more complex than the usual one.
